This Cookie Policy explains how SpeedyPage Ltd uses cookies and similar
technologies on our website. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy at
https://speedypage.com/privacy-policy and applies whenever you visit
speedypage.com or my.speedypage.com.
Our use of cookies is governed by:
(a) the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC
Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR), as enforced by the Information
Commissioner's Office; and
(b) the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, where
cookies process personal data.
We are SpeedyPage Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company
number 13269524). Our Data Protection Officer is Hardeep Singh; you can
reach Hardeep at hello@speedypage.com or 0330 229 2199.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a
website. They let the site recognise your browser between page loads (so
you stay logged in, for example), and they can also be used to collect
information about how you use the site.
Cookies can be:
(a) first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by
another organisation whose service we use); and
(b) session (deleted when you close your browser) or
persistent (stored until they expire or you delete them).
We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixel tags,
which work in comparable ways. References to "cookies" in this policy
include these technologies.
Strictly necessary. Cookies you need for the website or our
services to work. For example, session IDs that keep you logged in,
security tokens, and bot-management cookies. These cookies do not require
consent under PECR Regulation 6(4).
Functional. Cookies that remember choices you have made (such as
language or timezone) to improve your experience. These are not strictly
necessary, so we only set them with your consent.
Analytics. Cookies that help us understand how people use our
website so we can improve it. These are not strictly necessary, so we
only set them with your consent.
Marketing. Cookies used to deliver or measure advertising. We do
not currently use marketing cookies. If this changes, we will update this
policy and our cookie banner before any are set.
These cookies are set directly by us when you use speedypage.com or the client area at my.speedypage.com.

The first time you visit speedypage.com, our cookie banner asks whether
you accept non-essential cookies. You can:
(a) accept all non-essential cookies;
(b) reject all non-essential cookies (which is as easy
as accepting); or
(c) choose which categories to accept.
Rejecting non-essential cookies will not break the site. You will still
be able to browse, log in to the client area, place orders, and use
support.
You can change your choice at any time through the cookie preferences
link in our website footer. Withdrawing consent stops further use of
non-essential cookies; it does not undo processing that already
happened.
We will ask you to confirm your cookie choices again after 12 months, or
sooner if we add a new cookie category or third party.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The
links below explain how:

If you block all cookies, parts of the site that need strictly necessary
cookies (such as the client area login) may not work.
There is no agreed industry standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, and we do not currently respond to them. Our cookie banner is the way to control non-essential cookies on our site.
If we make a material change to this policy, we will tell you through a banner on our website at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Minor or administrative changes (such as typos, link fixes, or new cookie entries within an existing category) may be made without notice. The current version is always at https://speedypage.com/cookie-policy.
